My Spring Favourites

ere perez silk naturals antipodes

I’m so excited to share my spring favourites with you guys that I thought I’d go all out and publish a video AND blog post. But you really do need to hear about these products! (Scroll to the bottom to watch me ramble).

Antipodes – Nirvana Hand & Body Wash

Using the Nirvana Hand & Body wash in the shower reminds me of stepping into a beautiful garden. The blackcurrant and kiwi smell divinely fruity, but this is still very much a unisex product. In fact, Mr BBB won’t stop using it. We both used this daily and it took us a good two months to get through, so actually works out as quite inexpensive. I will be repurchasing this ASAP!

Freyaluna – Regain Your Balance – Harmonising Facial Moisturiser

Oh my goodness. This silky smooth moisturiser is unlike any I’ve used previously. Packed full of gorgeous ingredients, it smells just beautiful and glides on the skin leaving it plumped and peachy. I do find it a little too oily to wear under powder foundation without a primer. But to be honest my skin looks so good with it on, I tend to just use a little concealer and I’m done anyway!

Aqua Oleum – Rose Maroc Absolute Essential Oil

I’ve been carrying this Rose Maroc essential oil with me everywhere recently. It’s the perfect remedy for my down days, uplifting  and comforting me. I was so excited to try this brand seeing as the managing director of Aqua Oleum, Julia Lawless, wrote one of my aromatherapy bibles! It was perfect and didn’t disappoint. I’m looking forward to trying more Aqua Oleum oils.

Wax and Wick Workshop – Grapefruit & Sage Candle

Now I’m not usually one for candles. But this one from Wax + Wick is a keeper. It’s refreshingly zesty grapefruit scent is actually brighting up my room as I type! Created simply from soy wax and oils, and handmade in London. I love that they are poured into repurposed wine bottles – so in keeping with my attempts at a zero waste lifestyle. I love this particular scent so much that I’m going to make these a regular feature in my treatment room. Get yours with 15% off (don’t say I don’t treat ya!) by using the code “SASHA15“.

Ere Perez  – Versatile Vanilla Highlighter in Falling Star

I was a little worried about this Ere Perez highlighter, thinking it might be too golden for my pale skin, but I needn’t have worried, it’s perfect! It gives me a gorgeous glow, without being too yellow or bronze-y. It’s the perfect highlighter as we continue towards summer. And it wasn’t called the Versatile Vanilla Highlighter for nothing – this smells delicious! Definitely a new staple of my make up bag.

Silk Naturals – Velvet Matte Lipstick

I’ve had my eye on Silk Natural’s Velvet Matte Lipsticks for a while now. At $5.99 (approx £4.84) a pop, they are totally affordable. I bought Antique Rose lipstick and the Ultra Violet palette (I wanted to try as many as possible!) They are absolutely beautiful. They apply like a dream, feel wonderfully nourishing and are richly pigmented. I am recommending these to everyone! Expect to see them on my YouTube channel often!
