Are you accessible by wheelchair?

My treatment room is on the ground floor, but my doorways and hallway are very narrow!!

My front gate is 78cm wide. There is a small step at my front door which is 10cm high. My front door is 70cm wide. My treatment room door is 70cm wide.

Please note my bathroom is on the first floor, which is only accessible via my staircase.

What are the measurements of your bed?

Excluding face cradle and armrests: Length = 185cm, Width = 72cm

Including face cradle and armrests: Length = 215cm, Width = 100cm

How low does your bed go?

46cm off the floor is its lowest, 89cm at it’s highest.

What weight can your bed take?

440lbs (200kgs)

Can we dim the lights?

I need my lights on for hair removal to give you the best possible results. But they can be dimmed or off for any massage or facial treatments.

Can we turn off / change the music?

Absolutely! I am happy to change the music to something you are comfortable or familiar with. Or it can go off completely.

Can I bring my carer?

Of course! Please do just let me know in advance when possible.

What’s the parking like on your road?

Unfortunately I do not have a parking space outside. You will need to park on the road. Sometimes it gets very busy - especially in the evening. I recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find a space.

Please note that cars mostly park half on the pavement on my road. This means often the pavement is not wide enough for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

I can’t afford your treatments, do you do discounts?

Prices are on a sliding scale. If you cannot afford the low/no income option, do let me know as I offer a free treatment most months. I keep a list of people waiting for them. Another option is to pay in instalments, again get in touch and we can sort this! I also absolutely love doing swaps, so if you have a skill or something you’d like to swap for a treatment, let me know!
