COVID-19 Health and Safety Measures

It’s really important to me that we BOTH feel comfortable in the treatment room, so I do ask that you are respectful of the rules I’m putting in place. I am happy to discuss any of these, so please do email me if you have questions or concerns.

• I ask that you come to the appointment in a mask, and that you wash your hands before we start. Hand sanitiser is also supplied. If you are having a treatment on your face you will be able to remove your mask while we are working on it.

• I will be wearing a face mask during every appointment. If you would like me to wear extra PPE please do ask. I have face shields, gloves, and aprons too.

• Please do NOT bring anyone with you to appointments. Currently this does include children. If you are desperate to come in, it might be that we can find a different time for your appointment outside my usual working hours where it is easier for you to find childcare etc.

• There will be bigger spaces between treatments than before, to allow me time to properly clean and ventilate my treatment room and bathroom between each client. Please note, this does mean I won’t be able to add extra treatments in on the day, so please do book in exactly what you’d like.

• If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, you will need to cancel your appointment. Cancellation charges will be waived.
