Hey hey!
So I've decided to start using an online booking system that requires you to enter your card details.
I think many of you will know the issues I've had with my card terminal recently. I'm hoping that by being able to easily take payments online, we can avoid me slowly losing the plot and throwing the card terminal at the wall... etc
This will also mean that my cancellation and no show policies will ALWAYS be enforced - so please do remember that if you need to cancel your appointments please do give me at least 48 hours notice. There will be 50% charge for last minute cancellations, and 100% charge for no shows.
You can still always book in through me (via phone/text/email/in person) - and if you are used to doing this I do recommend continuing, especially as this system is now going to charge me per online booking.
You can also still pay via cash or bank transfer if you'd want to (and again I'm more than happy to do this, as again this way I'm not charged per payment)
As a side note - I want everything to be as easy for you as possible (and hopefully me too), so please feel no pressure to do anything in a particular way.

ps. A few of you haven't been receiving your confirmation emails recently. I think the system had an update and for some reason reverted back to original email addresses entered. If you changed your email address you may want to log into your Fresha account and double check the details are correct and up to date.
